Worth The Rent

My Husband and I rented this movie last night. We are fans of the "B-rated" genre, so were expecting it to be pretty bad--but that is half the fun of renting these types of movies! ;-) It was actually better that I thought it would be.

You have a half way decent storyline (could have used more info
reguarding the background of the woman who played the "tooth fairy"--like
my thoughts went wondering to what became of her from 1949 until present
day when the story picked back up. I mean--did she get caught? Did she
die or what???)

You have buckets of blood, harsh-grisly deaths, lots of screaming, eerie thunder storms, a romance trying to be rekindled, An ex-stripper and a
"scrub" wanting to do the nasty--even tho there are dead bodies in the
house, 2 freaky brothers who's family tree obviously did not fork, and a
cute, strong willed child who is ready to kick some evil tooth fairy butt
to save everybody's life and free the spirits of these poor, innocent children!

;-) What else could you ask for in a B-rated movie?

best quote in the movie:

what's your dick doing over there, chuck?

That was the best. That and the amazing booooiiiing sound the thunder made.

I saw the movie today, it was alright. Better than Darkness Falls. I liked the Tooth Fairy better in that movie though.

I enjoyed your review very much. Straight and to the point. Frankly, a movie like this is what it is. To expect more, is expecting too much.

I purchased this at Wal-Mart. My wife and I watched it together. It didn't disappoint. Good effects. The story maybe wasn't one hundred percent solid, but it was good enough to hold everything together. A few stand out characters. As horror movies goes, it kept us entertained. Not only "worth the rent", but for just under 10 bucks, you can buy it at Wal-Mart and not have to worry about the return.

"Ten bucks @ Walmart"!! Like $9.50 too much!
