**Spoilers**Oh come on!

You mean to tell me in a poor neighborhood, in a very crowded Manhattan, there's not one person with a freaking GUN?!

I agree! And after ALL the kick-boxing scenes they all STILL DIE...good premise, BAD ending.
Waste of TIME!!

Be kind. Don't Flame.

Yep, I was expecting more, since it was a film to die for. At the end of it all I could do was roll my eyes. The rat-people masks made me laugh. I liked the claustrophobic, dark cinematograhy, and the fact that we had older, average-looking protagonists (and the young Marine girl in a sports bra!! Pretty realistic touch, actually), but that was about it. My eyes are still rolling.

I actually liked that no one in the movie had a gun. Usually in these movies I think the characters stumble upon guns far too easily and even the "common man" knows how to use them.

Anyway, up until very recently when it was deemed unconstitutional nyc and Chicago had some of the strictest gun laws in the country.

These are just common every day people, not criminals who would have guns illegally. If anything maybe the ww2 vet would have an old gun or something. It was clear that clutch depended on his own fists for protection.

If anyone in this group had a gun, it would have been that guy in the wheelchair or Big Vic.

When I was watching this I thought "Hmmm clearly the budget didn't stretch to some guns"..but that was a good thing I thought. Makes a change to see a zombie flick where they can't just shoot them in the head.
