That was a terrible ending, what are we supposed to believe Jordan did? Fleed the country? Bought off the detectives with the million dollars? Confessed and gave the money to Desiree for buying him some time? Or was there some note from Shay in the book he flipped through the library and they met up and ran away together? So many possibilities and no answers...

Yeah. It really sucks to watch a movie with an undefinite ending. The movie was mysteroius while watching it and made it mysterious after watching it. And that's real sad.

i actually dont mind ambiguity in films because i dont think every film needs a stone cold conclusion. for this one in particular, though, i left feeling like "so...that's it?"

Now ask yourself, if you were Jordan...what would you do given everything that happend to him? You are sitting on the hill with close to a million dollars, rich family, accessory to murder, and Desiree just bought you maybe a couple of days to decide...what do you do?

Maybe he could go to his dad tell him the entire story and hope for the best or he could what the rich tend to do wich is flee the country.

There was a certain point when he could have gotten himself out of this before it had gotten worst.

I also was not crazy with the ending.

Did he not say what he would do earlier in the movie? He would set up shop on a tropical island to live and fight another day and paint many many more.

Oh dam! Thats right!!! Oh well,It doesent take away from the fact that it was a really great movie though.

I wish I could say something classy and inspirational, but that just wouldn't be our style.

i dont care how cliche.
i totally wanted him to meet up with shay.
i wouldnt want to be on the run all alone.
and shay would keep it interesting.

He took off with the money-great twist at the end-great movie too....I did not expect to like this.

i caught the last 30-45 minutes of the movie last night and i got the impression that he was going to flee. i don't know too much since i missed most of the movie but it seemed like he could get out of it no? it is too bad he didn't hook up with Desiree, she's hot
