Nick's accent -- an English perspective?
Just out of sheer curiosity... I'm looking for feedback from anyone in England (or the UK in general I suppose) about Nick's accent. Since 28 Up, he seems to have picked up more and more of an American accent as each 7-year cycle passes. But to me as an American, it's still fairly obvious that he was not born and raised here. I'm curious as to how American he now sounds to your average Englishman. Does he sound more or less completely American to you now, or can you still pick up the remnants of his English accent? Thanks!
