Blocking 'The Path to 9/11'

The story of the attempt to block this story and who was being protected.

IMDb is hiding this title as "in development" on IMDb Pro is anyone wants to cough up.

What's IMDB Pro? I already ordered the DVD. I met Cyrus last year and we spoke for a while. He told me that they tried to make it as accurate as possible. I told him that I was guessing scenes as they started based on several different books that I had read.

I just watched "Blocking The Path to 9/11"

It turns out that they weren't a bunch of right wingers who made "The Path to 9/11."

It turns out that ABC loved the finished product...before the Clinton attack machine geared up.

I highly recomend "Blocking" http://www.blockingthepath.com/

Maybe now that Hillary Clinton has flubbed her chance to be President, we will see the original released on DVD.

I just saw a theatrical screening of "Blocking the Path" at a film festival. It's a strange tale, and a sad observation about the hypocrisy of our times. The most disturbing aspect is the government intimidation, with Harry Reid and other powerful legislators swooping down on ABC and threatening their license if this film ran. Then there was the abandonment of "Path to 9/11" by the studio and the larger artistic community, who go up in arms in support of something like "Piss Christ" but acquiesce to censorship when it's politically correct. It's obvious ABC could sell the DVD and re-air the broadcast, but it's been suppressed because it doesn't conform to the right political agenda. The weird thing is that "Path to 9/11" isn't an agenda-driven piece, and it wasn't the product of right-wingers trying to tarnish Bill Clinton. It told a dramatized version of the tale pretty much as it happened, and there's plenty of blame to go around. It was political priorities that made us vulnerable to the 9/11 attacks in the first place, and now it's political priorities that are trying to keep us from learning the lesson of what happens when we bow to political priorities. This is troubling stuff.
