It's not known because it hasn't been released on DVD/Bluray. Disney won't let it.
What do you mean in terms of content...? It's more of a buildup story, like how Osama planned the attacks, how another plot was foiled and other things. It's a "how did we get to 9/11" type of film.
If you solely want to see it for the 9/11 content, then I must say avoid. We hear some recorded calls and papers flying on the ground but it's mostly done off camera with a focus on the characters instead of the event itself.
Honestly, United 93 and WTC isn't much about the attacks but this film is less so. United 93 is about how a group decides to take matters into their own hand and how they perceive the event inside the aircraft. And... you are better off not watching World Trade Center. It's fun the first 10 minutes or so but then it just goes downhill :/ Workers get stuck in the rubble and we spend too much time outside them (like their families).
