WHAT?
I was at the Penn Mall today in OKC. THIS IS THE RIGHT ONE!! I met a security guy and asked him some questions. Armand Assante's name came up and I saw it here.

seen driving around OKC is trailers that say Surveillance (2005). I
also here they are filming at penn square mall, and in tulsa. If anyone
has any info please post it here.
This is Surveillance 2005 (II), filmed in OKC & Tulsa, about security personnel at a mall. I don't know what the other one is about exactly. Because the other movie has the same name I suspect they may have to chance the name of this one. Yhe fact that this movie is being made by the (Godfather) producer and the (Children Of The Corn) director along with a hard working cast and crew should make it well worth going to see.
shareI believe that this movie may be filming in my neighborhood (Heritage Hills) right now. My hub & I were out on our scooters the other night and came across a road block. Since then they've had several streets blocked off at one time or another. Last night as we were out walking we came across yet another road block. I think they may have been filming at the Overholser mansion. Either that or someone was having one hell of a party!
If this is what's going on, then we're going to geek out and try to get in as an extra. hah!
Must have been a party or filming something else. I talked to the director a month ago or so,and he said they were done filming. The next week he was scheduled to start editing the film in california.
Any chance have you seen anyone back at the mansion you were talking about? it could be for another movie.

Same company, different movie. Graymark Productions shot part of "Soul's Midnight" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0493456/) in Heritage Hills. This film, "Surveillance" was not shot there.

shareI am just in the process of finishing watching this film.
It started out excellent.It a shame the leading actor talks with a slur & he insists on chewing gum.The whole idea is very believable,i think no one person can do that type of job without feeling some kind of power.The whole idea is wonderfully executed.I loved it when they did a background check & found people who had arguements with him mysteriously disappeared.This has happened in real life,some guy called Scott Kimball who pretended to work for the F.B.I.,numerous disappearances have been traced back to him.
But then...W.T.F.???The last 15 minutes of the movie just went crazy on me.The main character is making himself known on camera,& the youngster has just discovered part of a body accidently,that has been undiscovered for god knows how many years.Were they in a rush to comlete the film?
Very disappointing.
