Wow what a fast trial!

Concerning the man arrested wasting zombies in the opening scene:

It takes only a short time to turn into a zombie right? So his trial must have happened 10 minutes after being arrested with the trial lasting 30 minutes followed immediately by his transfer to the prison to carry out his sentence.

I kind of gave it benifit of the doubt. Maybe this zombie virus takes months to take effect right?

Well I quit watching as soon the guards and the doctor started zombing up a mere few hours after being infected.

Jeez, what a huge and glaring plot hole.

The woman dr told the warden the guy was tranfered there for security reasons in case he was also infected NOT DUE TO A TRIAL. they figured it would be safely contained in a max security prison and not get out to the public.

But they wouldn't do that. I give the script writer (if I can call the person who wrote this movie an actual script writer) kudos for at least trying to CYA that point but it doesn't make sense. Also they sure didn't treat him like an infected person now did they? Parading him around within SPITTING distance of everyone? Him Vomiting on everything? In a prison with no Infirmary or medical quarantine area or clean area? Remember that NO ONE BUT THAT GUY knows about the zombie plague, so they STILL acted like idiots if he was some sort of plague or virally infected person.

This movie was stupid.

Dr. Kila Marr was right. Kill the Crystalline Entity.
