I guess if they only did 6 dates on that tour, they could'nt get more than the 2 1/2 hours of material worth airing.
The show was good enough to warrant another season, if they decide to do another tour. They talked about the west coast tour, maybe they should have documented that tour, too.

They did document the west coast tour in a full-length documentary called...gasp...The Comedians of Comedy. You're obviously a savvy IMDB user; check it out for yourself.
