Its All Change for RGV

Looks like RGV is trying to distance his film as much as possible from the original masterpiece. And I have to say some of the changes are laughable.

First off the title: RGV Ki Aag. For godsake man take your name out of the title you arrogant cretin.

But my favoutites are all the sudden name changes:

Gabbar is now Babban

Veeru is now Heero (no, I'm not joking)

Jai is now Raj

Thakur Baldev Singh is now Narsimha (what a crap name)

Sambha is now Tambhe (lol)

Basanti is now Ghungaroo (where the hell did you get that name RGV?)

Radha is now Durga

Having also seen the recent promos of the film I have absolutely no doubt that this film is going to be one big steaming pile of turd thats going to end RGV's career once and for all.

No appreciation for movies? And how the hell have you come to that conclusion? Because I didn't like Mast, Shiva, Company etc. which were all panned by critics and box office disasters? Hmmmm, seems I'm not the only one who doesn't like those films. And from that you have gathered that I have no appreciation for movies? You are a proper pretentious git aren't you Mohammad? I adore films like Swades, Lagaan, Deewar, Sholay, The Apu Trilogy etc. etc. but I'm not afraid of calling a spade a spade. And I will not kiss RGV's a$$ like you and Ali just because in the past he has made good films like Rangeela and Satya. His CV is littered with crap films and I am just voicing my opinion on the subject of him trying to remake an all time classic film. Any objections Mohammad????

"Company" was panned by the critics and was deemed a box office disaster? Where the hell do you get your ball$? "Company" did well overseas, launched the career of Viveik Oberoi, deemed an enthralling successor to "Satya", and several bollywood-obsessed websites, including apunkachoice.com, called it an impressive gritty comeback for RGV. Mohanlal had a powerful scene-stealing presence in the film. Should we all judge RGV's films according to your standards? "Sarkar" was passable? Really? Did you expect it to overtake "The Godfather" and become a worldwide phenomenon? It achieved what it set out to accomplish: to tell a familiar story of power, crime, and family dynamics in a unique setting. It did incredibly well in the US, and many fans await the sequel. Seems like you have it in for RGV; give the man his due credit for introducing a new style of directing into Indian cinema and occasionally having his misfires. And stop jabbing insults to users that reply to your insanely incendiary posts. By the way, it's incredibly easy to conformingly "adore films like Swades, Lagaan, Deewar, etc." But please give credit where credit is due.

Chandra Barot's "Don" was terrific; Farhan Akhtar's re-make was mediocre. As for "Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag," I don't think it's appropriate to pass judgement on a film prior to watching it. I will say, however, that I think its title is as tacky as a title can be.
