After the match....

After the match and you get the final game stats and this other screen that shows the plays "form" (I'm playing in Manager Mode). What is form and what does it do? I'm thinking it has to do with how well they play, but does it make any difference?

Form just tells you how well your players have performed, obviously the higher the number the better they've performed during that match. If they keep this up in every game their stats will increase (raising the player) but if you start to under achieve where your player(s) it's average form then their stats start to decline. The way to get better form for each department is:

striker(s) - score goals and get hat-tricks
midfielder(s) - try and attack more, get possession and nab a goal or two
defender(s) - defend well, make clearances
goalkeeper(s) - get a cleansheet

It's very common that your defender(s) don't get higher stats because they seem to do nothing,(getting a cleansheet doesn't count towards them) try and give them some play, like charging forward

Ive had 46 clean sheets in a row and my goalkeeper's form hasn't improved at all. so I don't think its the clean sheets.

also, I don't normally have alot of possesion during the game, I score my goals through counter attacks. But I still win 99% percent of my games. Is there any other way I can boost my midfield's form besides possesion?

All my striker's form averages are at 100 because I usually score alot of goals.

You don't always get good form for getting clean sheets, you have to make you gk makes some saves to get his form up a notch.

As for midfielder's you gotta get them into play more often and threatening the goal. Basically get them attacking and support the strikers. If they are doing nothing you're pretty damn sure their form is gonna be crap

Defender's are the hardest 1 to raise their form
