Tracey Walter as OneWay???

Why does it list in the cast credits Tracey Walter as the role of Oneway, the beach bum character at the beginning and end of the film. It clearly looks like Bruce Dern to me...! Am I crazy??

Bruce Dern is credited as the hippy narrator, not as Oneway.
