I felt bad for her husband, he was just being a regular guy, and right when he tried to spice up their marriage she stabs him in the back by getting into a gay relationship with another woman and hiding it for months.
Then there's the other schmuck who wants to hook up with her and she doesn't give him much interest either so he loses patience and decides to find a normal woman instead of a head case like Jane.

She didn't "stab him in the back"; she turned to where someone was actually treating respectfully. By the time he tried to "spice it up", he'd lost her.
