Funny you should mention that.

Wayne Barrett, who is the narrator throughout Giuliani Time, did an expose' in 1989 (the year Rudy lost his first election to Dinkins) stating that Giuliani used his political influence to get an annullment to his first marriage.

That marriage, of course, was to Regina Ruggieri (my spelling may have been wrong) who was Giuliani's second cousin. Rudy falsely (according to numerous family members) stated he never knew they were cousins (which is hard to believe..most people know who their first and second cousins are) and used this excuse and perhaps his influence to get the marriage annulled. The second marriage to Donna Hanover was just a straight out divorce, by then Rudy was drunk on power and could not care less.

The same can be said about other Republicans. Just look at Newt Gingritch. He divorced one of his wives while she was in the hospital for some young woman then (if I'm not mistaken) he divorced her and got remarried. Rush Limbaugh has been married several times. And speaking of morals, just look at all of the Republican politicians, lobbyists, and activists that have been conviced of child molestation, rape, or indecent exposure in front of a minor (It's some list).
