Joey in a music video?

Hi, have anyone ever seen Jem's, a welsh singer, music video for the song "Wish I?" I have seen it quite a few times and I have to say, the guy in the video is a dead ringer Joey. I usually can spot these cameos correctly so I kind of assume that was him. But just to be sure, has anyone else seen it and thought it was Joey too?
