What i know is this the Origonal Resident Evil Online had over 20 scenarios and hundreds of unlockable players, some scenarios were located on the Outskirts of Raccoon at A Road side Motel. others were just set in the streets of the city filled with chaos. but capcom for some stupid reason cut most of them out. thinking that they could get more money by giving us only a little at a time, unforutnatley that was a bad move that ultimately killed the francies.
however there may be a light at the end of the tunnel. it been rumored at ign.com that capcom might be working on psp Outbreak like Konamies Silent hill oragins so if you have a psp then you may yet to get File#3, but its unlikely that capcom will make another for the ps2 with the ps3 around the corner.

They never had alot of time to finish the rest of the levels so what you see is what you get i guess, but i would of loved the motel level.

Maybe some day they will release the rest of the scenarios they worked on. Probably not, but you can't stop dreaming and hoping.

Wouldn't it have been nice if CAPCOM had combined File 1 & 2 in the first place, giving us 10 scenarios in 1, rather than splitting them into 2 games...

Yea but the UK may have not got the online feature.

Buy Final Destination 3 on DVD and choose their fate 10/10.
