I loved the line when Pirks ship is almost destroyed by the giant weapon. He screams something in Finish and the translation is Jeffersons Jellies!! I just laughed and laughed at that one.

Light beer is a classic too.

"Reykjavikissa tavataan!" = "See you in reykjavik" was the best....
The "Jefferson Jellies" was really "faagerholmin mansikat" as in "faagerholms strawberries"

Star Wreck really is filled with comedic, quotable lines.

Pirk, when marching gloriously to inspect just finished spaceship:
Kyllä siinä saatana kestikin! - Bloody hell how long it took!

Mul on saippuaa silmissä! I have soap in my eyes!

And practically every scene featuring *beep*

I don't remember from which episode this is from:

About disconnecting a coffeemaker during a battle, losing shields and desperate need for power:
"Ei saatana, kyllä meidän kahvia pitää saada!" "No *beep* way, we can't go without coffee!"
