Uncut Version/Scene with Habyarimana from Trailer

Hi, I was wondering about that uncut version mentioned after the film. Does it exist? Is there a place to download it? Also, that scene with Dallaire and Habyariman from the trailer, is that a part of the uncut version? Thanks for any info/help.
