honestly, ben foster stole this movie

every scene he was in, even with statham, he MADE it.

reply

As always. Very under appreciated actor.

If it had been just Statham, I would have waited for the video or HBO.

Foster made me see this movie. I've always been a fan.

reply

Me too. I saw it because of Foster. He was pretty good in it.

yup, not only that, but he is a total chameleon actor. he BECOMES his characters.

the first movie I saw that he was in was Hostage. he definitely caught my eye. also his role as Eli in freaks & geeks... omg. WHY isn't this man a household name?!

true!

reply

He is brilliant... In The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things he's hauntingly scary. Again in Alpha Dog, intense! Even in 30 days of night he was amazingly creepy.

To me he's the best actor right now but is under tone makes him a low profile talent. I always wonder when he will raise up and get notice but I'm scared such a performance would ruin his style..

he's one of those actors that has great presence but somehow I don't see carrying the marketing of a movie. he's one of those guys where audiences go to see it for someone else, but they leave remembering him.

reply

To be honest, I went to see the movie for Statham but after watching it I have to agree with you. Don't get me wrong, Jason did a good job but Foster was better.

I will lead them on a merry chase

reply

I will admit though, that Jason did better in this than he's done in other films.

reply

I just saw this moie and Ben Foster AGAIN left me speechless from his great acting ability. He can play any character and he has such range as an actor; The Punisher, Hostage, and then this movie he completely transformed himself.

He'll always be the geeky kid in Get Over It to me...
