Body in Arthur Bishop's House?

At the end, Steve McKenna is sitting on the settee in Arthur Bishop's house. As the camera pans around the room, there is a dead body on the floor! How did that get there? I was interrupted at least twice, so could easily have missed this detail!

It's from the fight scene a few scenes earlier when Steve complains about not being a lefty.
