You are a low class, judgmental demon. Granted, you do not have to like Biggie or any other rappers, that's your business, that's your prerogative, you aren't important enough for anyone to care. But to actually be glad someone (that you didn't even know) died and to wish any group of people the same fate is absolutely evil. All this says is that you are a miserable, wretched, self loathing individual. You can't be happy in life because anyone that takes time out to wish death on someone (who has done nothing to them) for their genre of music is despicable and clearly shows you live a
life of misery. Thoroughly happy people don't have such hatred in their souls or their mentality. They are too busy being happy to stoop so low and actually express such things.
You need some serious help. Loser. To state such things makes you worse than what you claim to hate but you're too idiotic to realize it. The same goes for your obnoxious cronies who support you and your ignorant nonsense.

Don't be such a defensive idiot, someone always cares when another dies. You yourself are being judgmental because you just said "Your not important enough for anyone to care" yet you know nothing about His/Her life or the dynamic in their lives? Obviously you do care among others about what He said because your feeding into His comments. In reality, Biggie was a jerk, and did nothing to further progress the African-American community or it's image, so I have no idea why the Man is glorified. Yes, He was famous but since when does that warrant mass mourning? Paris Hilton is famous as well, but She is as dumb as a brick, Miley Cirus is famous but hated, so fame isn't always a good things. Nobody ever wished ill on Biggie, He simply asked why should we care about Him. Besides, there is no ill will to wish on Biggie, He is dead and gone! Your not helping the situation by being rude and insulting yourself.

Plenty of people care. And they obviously care enough to warrant a movie. Intolerance for the sake of intolerance is a cancer in America. Hate and racism is still very much alive. Even the king of idiots can avoid a particular radio station, music video station, or movie if they truly wanted to, so it's not like hip hop is forced down the throat of anyone. I don't care about rock or country music. Thankfully, I'm mature and civilized enough to be tolerant of those who do like it. Then again, I have an IQ higher than that of a rock, so I guess that helps a bit. Yes, there is bad harmful rap that I don't agree with,(just as there is some bad rock and bad music in other genres), but there is also good hip hop. Those who know the history of hip hop, beyond mere glimpses, will realize it is a culturally rich and very expressive form of music. Those with limited thought capacity will revert to caveman thinking of just wanting to bash anything beyond their comprehension with a club.

fire it once had now it all sounds the same but
no matter what happens you won't catch me listing to

People need to learn to be more excepting of all music. You don't need to like it or listen to it, but there is no reason to be rude or disrespectful to artist of a different genre just because it doesn't fit your personal taste. That goes for hip-hop as well as "emos."

I've never understood why people have such a visceral reaction to hip-hop music.

It's not a "different genre" and you don't have to respect music that promotes violence, and an unhealthy lifestyle that is bad for our youth to here. Not all music should be excepted, and there should be boundaries on what is and what is not acceptable. You can get a message across without screaming, cursing, and waving guns infront of the camera. Biggie was a jerk, plain and simple, you have no right to tell people what they should except either. Nobody is obligated to except a certain lifestyle or ideology if they are uncomfortable with it.

This is the kind of ignorance that is uncalled for. Granted, you don't like rap music, that's fine as you are not important enough for anyone to care. But, to actually be glad someone (you don't know and has done absolutely nothing to you) is plain demonic and evil.
