Buy the UK version.. it is much more entertaining

I streamed the film online a long time ago and saw the full film version. I loved it so much that I had to rent it. As I watched the rented DVD I realized that there were many scenes that I loved so much missing. I researched that the UK DVDs have the full version and that the U.S. DVDs have the cut version and is PG. The U.S. release honestly takes away the comedy from the film and the realism. My parents traveled to the UK a few years ago and I asked them to purchase Penelope on DVD. I am ridiculously happy that they were able to find me a copy of the full film version. I suggest you all try and find the UK version.. You get to really see what the director and actors were trying to bring to life. It's a fairy tale for young adults in their 20s. Great film.
