Most painfully awkward movie I've ever seen.

It was more painfully awkward than Lars and the real girl.
I had to keep closing my eyes throughout the film.

Most people get squeamish during a horror movie, but I get squeamish during awkward indie teen movies.

Awesome check-list.

Awesome.

Was I abused as a child? No.

Do I lack any sense of humour? No, and there is no need to be a dick.

Am I a virgin? No.

-Is my post colossally retarded? No. I found the movie to be pretty funny, except there were just so many awkward scenes.

Was there really a need to come out and make yourself look like a giant douche? No, I don't think there was. So I think you should apologize.

I couldn't bear to watch it and there wasn't anything I wanted to see after the first five minutes except the girl giving him the brush which I skipped to before exiting. Hard to imagine how this one got made. Willaim Macy is one of my favorite actors but couldn't see him in this role at all. That hair - ugh. I'm going to wash my eyes out and go to bed.

It was super awkward that I had to pause several scenes just to brace myself. Still funny though.

It's just not that good, tries too hard to be funny.

You want good films about teenage angst, watch John Hughes films from the 80s.
