what is it about?

It is a pathetic excuse of a movie "loosly based" (fat chance) on the life of Dennis Radar. Radar was a killer in the town of Wichita Kansas. He killed 10 people from 1974 to 1991 and sent terrifying messages to the police and local news stations. Without a trace, he dissappeared in 1978 for 25 years. In 2004, a letter arrived at the Wichita Eagle (Wichita's newspaper) and connected Radar to a murder in 1986 previously not connected to him. He continued to send taunting letters to the police and media which connected him to two other murders in the 1980's and 1990's. Ultimately, his sending letters led the police directly to him and to his arrest in 2005. After a trial, Radar was sentenced 175 years in prison. Radar was then taken to the El Dorado Prison in El Dorado Kansas and is currently there serving his time. He is known as "B.T.K." because he would Bind, Torture, and then Kill his victims, hence B.T.K. Don't bother with this movie, it's a load of crap.
