I have to admit I find the lack of threads here surprising. Back in the 70s and early 80s this show was must-see viewing for football fans before the games started on Sunday.

Today there is wall-to-wall coverage, but I don't know that it is any more entertaining than "The NFL Today" was back in the days of Brent, Phyllis, Irv, Jayne, and The Greek.
