Really, is nobody watching this???

Why? I figured serious cinema fans would want to watch it. Or atleasts hipsters and snobs.

But man, this is depressing.

and it was the one with Tom Ford interviewing Jeff Koons. Whew it took a lot of will to sit through all the pandering but the thing that I could not get passed was that these men kissed each other on the cheek! Call me a homophobe all you want to but men don't kiss each other, they shake hands! Maybe that's how they do things in elitist New York but not in the fly over red states. However I would love to see someone do the impossible and give a fawing interview to the evil Anna Wintour, now that would be an episode to tape!

the show is bad ass. so underrated, as is sundance as a channel. look at their website and basically every show they have is awesome.

I think the concept is terrific, but I've only been interested in a couple of the pairings. Koons and Ford...that was interesting. Redford and Newman was delightful. Laird and Eddie Vedder...well, I think Laird is definitely an intriguing character, I frankly couldn't understand a word vedder said. I had no idea that Laird lived overlooking Jaws.

1. You are a homophobe.
2. Ford was CD of Gucci in ITALY. Koons was married to a Hungarian/Italian woman and lived in ITALY.
In ITALY (as it most European countries) men do kiss on each cheek when meeting one another.
3. I wouldn't be so red-state proud, you failed us.

This needs to be shown on PBS public television everywhere. Every episode shows more than just two celebrities with something in common. It gives you an idea of how people of different experiences walk similar paths and can still relate to each other and exchange ideas. It's a great show. I'll bet alot of fans of Dave Chapplle and Eddie Vedder have never seen this show. That's obvious by how few posts there are on this board.

you are right. many fans have never seen this show, bc it is very limited. i have digital cable, but still no sundance channel.

it needs to be shown on pbs or on cable channels that are accessible!

I've seen every episode so far and don't plan on missing any. I love it, but I have to agree with some of the posters, I think the main reason is because it is not really that accessible.

I've seen nearly every episode as well. Great pairings, revealing interviews, yes the occasional kissing of an a**, but hey we're all guilty of that at some point in life.
