Anime/Manga incredibly depressing

Have any of you read the manga/watched the anime? There's no forum on the anime page here, so I came here. I haven't seen this live action movie, but I'm so upset over the manga that I had to go somewhere to talk about it or something..

I wish I had never read/watched it. It's the most depressing, unhappy, frustrating thing I've ever watched. I was loving it, then a little more than halfway though the anime, it got so effed up... Sigh. And then I didn't want to continue unless I knew there'd be at least a semi-happy ending, so I went to read the manga since it's farther along, and it's not finished yet, but the latest chapter has a major character dying.

Nothing gets any better... Sigh. I'm just.. completely distraught. I feel like the characters are my friends or something, it's ridiculous, and I got so upset over everything and I just wish this anime had never been suggested to me.

Does anyone else feel similar?

If not, please don't respond, I'm already in a crappy enough mood heh -_-;;

haha...Your post is funny! But on another note, this should be in the Nana anime forum. :p This board is for the movie. I'm guessing you couldn't find the forum for the anime here at IMDB?

Ummm... I did not tell you to read the manga. You messed your own self up on that one. I heard the end of the manga is different from the anime b/c during the time the anime was going on, the manga was still being released. The anime ending is much better and less depressing.

Nana is "real," that's probably why you think it's depressing. The anime seems like it's a depiction of someone's real life relationships. Resulting in the audience being able to relate to it. While watching it, I could relate, I thought about how I treated a couple of women the way some of Hachi's boyfriends treated her. LoL (But not as bad.) I even know a girl that's the combination of Nana and Hachi. She is a hand full b/c she acts like both of these chics' extreme sides.

But Hachi isn't completely innocent, she kept toying with Nobuo in the beginning (I hope I have the right name). I was like, "Damn, Nana is such a tease!" I think someone even tried to point it out to her. I think it was Junko, I haven't seen the anime in so long, so I'm not quite sure.

You really messed up when you decided to read the manga before finishing the anime. The series is really good. It's one of my favorite animes. And I think you love it just as much, that's why you're so frustrated with it.

And a few other questions:
1.)Do you like the opening theme song, "Rose"? (I'm not a pop punk rock type person, butthe song eventually grew on me. )
2.)Have you decided if you want to punch me or thank me? XD

Well, to start out, it definitely wasn't meant to be funny.... And it says at the top of my post "There's no forum on the anime page here, so I came here." I know what forum I posted in. The Nana anime forum has like 3 posts and no one uses it so I cam here.

I didn't mess anything up. Wtf.. I said I went to read the end of the manga because I didn't want to continue watching the anime since it was already so depressing. I needed to see if there was going to be a happy ending. There isn't. It's not over yet anyway, but I'm sure the real ending will be just as depressing because Ai Yazawa is a miserable old woman who wants people to feel like crap, so if she ends up killing more people or breaking other couples apart, at least I won't be surprised. I have watched the whole anime and read all of the manga so far.

I am a mix of Nana and Hachi too, their story is very similar to things I've gone through in life with dating a celeb and having a best friend who got pregnant, bf's leaving, etc etc so it hit really close to home and the way they handle things in the manga just really gets to me. All of them are supposed to be friends but they don't tell each other anything and they rarely support one another during the bad times and it's extremely frustrating.

I liked it, it was great in the beginning. The characters are well developed so I got attached to them, but then the author goes and effs everything up royally.

I read manga and watch anime to get away from the ugliness of real life, to get away from pointless death and pain. I was watching Nana to make myself feel better, then all that crap happens and I felt even worse than I did before.

Yes I like the opening song a lot, I have it on my ipod.

I still don't know whether to hate you or thank you. If I had never watched it, I would have been fine, but now I'm hooked and I don't know if I'm happy about it or not.

Oh well. whatever. nothing I can do about it now.

Why are you trying to act like you knew there was an anime forum?? Hmm? You couldn't find it... just admit it. It's okay. Now that we agree on that, we can move on.

It's really weird b/c I don't see how the anime is depressing. However, I do understand that you wanted to get away from certain things in your life, and watching the anime didn't help. I do understand that. It's like, the things in a person's life can effect their perspective and taste. Come to think of it, I'm now trying to think of "uplifting" animes, but nothing is coming to mind. It's like they don't make them...lol... Or I'm just not watching them. I was going to tell you to check out "Ergo Proxy," but I don't know now.... The anime isn't exactly dark, but it isn't "uplifting" either. It might be too much for you for one month. Nevertheless, it's still good. One of my fav's.

And you're right about the characters not telling each other anything. They hold stuff inside a lot...haha. But they do stick up for one another. Like when Nana was ready to pummel Shouji when he got caught walking home with that chic. But then Nana told Hatchi to get up and do it herself. Nana is sassy as hell!! So you're saying you're like that... sassy? From your post you seem kind of like that. You don't seem like Hatchi though. But I don't know you, so I can't really tell.

Also you said, how did you mess up. Well, here's the thing, someone dies in the manga, but not the anime. You ended up choosing something that was more depressing, that's how you messed up. (It's kind of ironic too.) So, do you understand where you went wrong? Do you see, now? My logic is correct. That makes me right for second time now. 2 points for me, 0 for roseonyxis!!! Don't try to debate me, I'll just keep winning.

So which one is better the anime or the manga? And who's the celeb person you mentioned?

reply

...why would I try to act like I knew there was a forum there, when I clearly do. I even said that there are only a few posts there. No one uses it, so I posted here. What is the problem, and why would you try to push something so trivial in my face lie it's something worth while...?

A lot of people think it's depressing, I searched for other places to talk about it and found lots of old forums where people were saying the same thing so it's not just me.

I watch lots of "happy" animes, Bleach, Samurai Champloo, Trigun, AirGear, there are lots of animes that aren't depressing at all... But t's fine, I don't need any suggestions.

The anime and manga are exactly the same, it's just that the manga goes further than the anime. It didn't mess me up at all. I got depressed when Hachi found out she was pregnant, didn't tell anyone, then let Nobu go - THAT is what depressed me, not seeing that a main character gets killed. Yes taht was depressing as well, but it is not what made me initially upset so reading the manga does not mean I messed anything up. I strongly recommend that everyone read mangas because they are the animes in their original form. So, you can stop telling me I messed up because I didn't because it's ridiculous.

It's weird that you're being so competitive about this and talking about winning debates when I'm just trying to get my feelings and thoughts across about the anime you suggested me... I am not debating you, and no one has won anything so it's odd that you're once again trying to push something at me that has nothing to do with anything...

The manga and anime are exactly the same, nothing is different in either, there are no fillers or things changed in the anime from the manga so neither is better than the other.

haha....hey, I'm was just teasing you about not finding the anime forum and about me winning a debate. I wasn't being serious, I was just joking. If you notice in my first response I have a " :P " smiley after I said you posted in the wrong forum. I'm sorry you missed that, you probably have been thinking I'm a jerk...haha. Like seriously, if you go back and read my post with a lighter tone, you might see that I'm being silly. Maybe I should have added more smileys.

And I'm confused on one thing. You said the anime and the manga are the same, right? But you said someone dies in the manga. No one dies in the anime, then again, I haven't seen it in awhile, so I'm not entirely sure.

Regardless, I'm not a big fan of manga. I mostly watch anime b/c I'm a movie fanatic and I see anime as just another genre of movies.

And I wouldn't necessarily call Samurai Champloo happy. There's a lot of dying in the anime. But the series isn't depressing either. I guess it's more in a gray area. I guess it's b/c it's considered an adult anime. Which is why I watched it. Nana would fall into the category as well. When I say "adult" I'm not necessarily talking about age wise, I'm referring to it being adult-minded, if you know what I mean.

And are you sure you don't want anymore suggestions? I have a few you might like. Especially since I see you like Samurai Champloo.

But really I'm happy that you took the time and watched the first anime I suggested to you. You even went as far as to reading the manga and watching the movie. That's pretty cool!! I don't know if you have friends that watch anime, but you can brag to them that you discovered an exclusive anime. Nana is big in Japan, it just haven't quite hit the States yet, which makes it exclusive.

reply

Oh I see. Yeah, I was thinking you were some weird a-hole lol I'm like wtf... haha

The anime is only on its first season. They will make a second season evetually. I'm saying that the anime stops in the middle of the manga. The manga is still on going so they seem to be waiting for the manga to be finished before they make the second season of the anime. The manga is on chapter 78, the anime stops at chapter 30 something or somewhere around there, I can't remember exactly.

I wasn't really talking about happy or uplifting, just not depressing. Champloo is one of my favorites, it didn't make me feel like crap, it's funny and has a good ending. It's "happy". Yeah I know what you mean by adult...

No, I'm good with anime, I watch way too much already, I start new ones all the time so getting more suggestions just makes me a bit overwhelmed heh

Yeah, I watched both the movies - definitely did not live up to the anime/manga. Some of the casting was good, but others.. not so much, and there was no character developement at all! It was weird to watch after growing so attached to the characters in the anime, then see them even less life-like in the live action lol. Have you watched them?

p.s. You can read the manga here http://www.onemanga.com/Nana/0/a001/ if you ever feel like it.

Yeah, you were ready to deliver that cyber punch!!...lol.

You know... I can not remember if I've seen both the movies. I believe I've seen one, but I can't remember to save my life if I've seen the other. I watched Nana on youtube, so I can't remember how many parts I've watched. I did an IMDB search and I can't find the second one. Maybe I've only seen one. Are you sure there's two?

I do remember, however, while watching it, thinking how much the chic that played Nana looked just like the anime. (And Damn, was she skinny!!) I later found out she's a real singer, too. Most of the actors looked like the anime characters, except for Hachi. That was a bad pick, lol. She was a decent actor but they could have found someone better. And I agree, no character development and the movie went way too fast. But it was still decent and not all around bad. If you have a link to the second flick, point me in the direction.

So tell me do the two Nana's end up making out in the manga? (It's unlikely, but I might read the manga, btw.) Remember when I said it's one of the reason why I watched the anime, lol. I remember they got in the bath together in one episode, which made my eyes widen!..but nothing happen.

So how about you recommend me some animes, since you said you've seen so many and are no longer taking recommendations. Can you think of any that are under 100 episodes?

reply

I thought Aoi Miyazaki as Hachi in the first movie was perfect, but they changed the actress to Yui Ichikawa for the second movie and she wasn't good, in my opinion. Also, in the first movie, they cast the guy who plays L in Death Note as Shin and he's in his 20s! so that was bad, but they changed him to a 15 year old Hongo Kanata who is so adorable in the second movie, he was perfect.

Nana was the same in both movies, Mika Nakashima did very well, I like her. I like Hiroki Narimiya (the guy who played Nobu) but not AS Nobu, he didn't look anything like the anime. And the guy who played Ren in the first one - omg no. Ren's supposed to be really hot then you see that guy and it's like ...huh?!? The second movie Ren was a liiiittle bit better, but he wasn't in it much anyway, I barely remember him.

Everyone else was all right. I liked their choices for Reira and Takumi a lot.

/my casting expertise lol

I watched both movies online here http://www.mysoju.com/nana/ and when you're done with the first, you can just search on that site for Nana 2 and it's there.

No, of course they don't make out, they're not lesbians.. They're best friends. Taking a bath together doesn't mean they're into each other that way lol sorry.

I dono, I just pick random animes from animeresult.com, there are lots there. I've watched Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Bleach, Death Note, Trigun, Outlaw Star, AirGear, Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain, Tenchi Muyo, Gundam Wing, Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yuugi, DragonBall, FLCL, Inuyasha, YuYu Hakusho. I just started Buso Renkin, seen some of Eureka 7, Ghost in the Shell, Rurouni Kenshin, and a few other anime movies - so any of those, if you haven't seen them, I like them =)

Okay I remember now, I haven't seen the second one. I also remember someone was telling me Nana wasn't going to come back for the second film. The reason was she didn't want to lose weight and keep a strict diet to play the role. I'm glad the Mika is still in it, though. She looks just like the anime, although she's not as energetic as the anime character. And yeah, I remember L being in the movie. He was too big for the role. I remember not getting over how big his head was in that movie...lol.

And thanks for the link, I'm going to check it out. I hope it's good.

Also, Hachi and Nana don't have to be lesbians to make-out. Though Nana likes guys, she seems like she wouldn't care if a girl kissed her. That's why she had no problem planting one on Hachi. And Hachi often wished she could be like her b/c of her attitude and beauty. I think she was subconsciously attracted to her b/c of those two qualities. If it would have happened in the series, it wouldn't have been a huge stray from their character.

And you gave me a huge list of animes to choose from!! Which one/ones is/are your favorite(s)? I've seen Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo.

reply

I heard Aoi wasn't going to play Hachi in the second movie 'cause of scheduling problems. *shrug* Either way, the second Hachi isn't as good in my opinion, but she wasn't bad. About Shin - YES! Lol, he was HUGE, and I'm thinking of skinny little Shin in the anime haha I thought it was funny. The guy for Shin in the second movie is perfect though, right age, great look but there isn't enough of him in the movie =(

I know they don't have to be lesbians to make out, girls make out for attention all the time, but that to me would go against both of the Nanas personalities. They kiss like friends, but they're not going to make out for no reason. They're like sisters, I don't see any making out in their future, sorry lol.

Yeah, it is a rather long list huh lol sorry. Umm.. Death Note is good (but you seem to have seen that right?). If you like Bebop, I think you'd like Trigun, though it's more upbeat, and Outlaw Star - if you can find it, watch that too, it's bounty hunter kinda stuff, but it's not on that website I linked you to. Probably can find it on YouTube.

Other short ones are Wolf's Rain, I like it a lot. Witch Hunter Robin was pretty good too, but you have to wait quite a while before there's much character development. AirGear was cool, though it's a little more kid-y than the others. FLCL (aka Fooly Cooly) is bizarre, short, and fun lol.

So check those out =) They're under 40 episodes.

A lot of the other animes on my list are very long. I watch Bleach every week, it's still an ongoing show, up to 194 episodes, but if you're an anime addict like I am, I suggest watching it and catchin up =)

I finished watching part 2. It was pretty good. A lot better than the first one!...even with the *beep* up plot. Hachiko sleeping with Takumi and marrying him. *shakes head* Why did she do that dumb *beep* Oh yeah, that's right... b/c women like jerks, lol. That was my one peeve that I had with the anime/movie..... Hachiko and Takumi's hookup. Dumb-dumb-dumb-dumb-dumb!!! Why?

But besides that, the movie was good. There seemed like there was much better acting in this one than the first one. The characters were cast well and I like the new Hachi better than the old one. She looked more like the anime character. I still think they could have done better, but she was still a better pick than Aoi Miyazaki, IMO. And the teenage "male escort" (Shin) looked spot on. They got it right this time.

And as far as Hachiko and Nana's relationship, they didn't' seem like sisters to me. When Hachi left to go live with Takumi, Nana cried her head off...like she got dumped or something. She was possessive of her, she wanted her all to herself, that's why she cried. Didn't she call Hachi her pet at one time? It might have started off as a joke, but it later turned into feelings. Towards the end of the movie, Takumi said to Nana, "It was you that stole my woman from me." At the same time, I'm not saying they wanted each other in a lesbian type way. However, if Hachi would have kissed Nana, she wouldn't have been upset about it.

Anyways, yeah.... I've seen Death Note. Very good movie and anime!! Are any of the animes you listed, Mech? I'm a little tired of Mech animes. I've seen Neon Genesis Evangelion, Code Geass, and tried giving Gurren Lagann a try, but I've had enough of Mech anime. I think I might give Wolf Rain a try.

And how can you watch an anime with so many episodes??!! I'm not making fun of you, I'm wondering how can you do it. I just can not take all the fillers and the never ending....ending(?). A show is suppose to have an ending, not carry on forever. That's why I'll never be able to get into Naruto and others. The longest series I've watched was, Full Metal Alchemist. That show took up all my time while watching it b/c I kept clicking on the next episode to see what happens next. Do you know what I mean?

reply

I was in, and still am kind of, in a relationship like Nana-Hachi with one of my best friends and we definitely are not going to be making out any time. We were living together and we both had boyfriends, but she ended up ditching me and moving away with hers and it really hurt me because we weren't together anymore. And now she has a baby with him so it's the same situation; I know how Nana feels. I view my friend as part of my family and I don't want her to get hurt, I want to keep her safe.

It's a long running theme in the story that everyone views Hachi as a loyal dog, that's one of the reasons why they call her Hachiko (Hachiko is a famous story of a very loyal dog in Japan). And it is also a long running thing that Nana acts more like a guy than a girl and that she is very possesive of Hachi, but again, no making out. My other best friends is pretty possesive of me, but again, in that relationship, we're not going to make out.

Guys just think differently than girls, I think you just really want them to make out lol There are small pecks on the lips and kisses on the cheek in relationships like that, but definitely no making out.

I just didn't think Yui was pretty enough to be Hachi, and her acting wasn't as good as Aoi's. Hongo was PERFECT as Shin, I love him, I was so happy the recast him. I love Kenichi, but not as Shin.

I didn't mind Hachi having sex with Takumi, that's fine, but don't suddenly dump Nobu and marry Takumi without even telling Nobu or explaining anything, and her not telling anyone about the baby, and deciding to keep it, and Nana being so distant and UGH it was just too much for me. That's when I had to stop and go find the end of the manga 'cause it was so depressing and frustrating that I wasn't even going to continue watching it if things didn't turn out well. But alas, the story's not finished yet so we still dono the ending, and I watched the rest of the anime anyway. Sigh.

No, I'm not a big fan of mech anime (I've never heard that term before). Outlaw Star is set in space.. but I don't think I'd call it mech. I haven't seen it in a while, but it's a bounty hunter kind of thing. Wolf's Rain is definitely not mech, you should watch that one.

For me, long animes are the same as watching live action shows on television like Supernatural, or Charmed, House... they're all very long and have many seasons and lots of people watch them *shrug* Once you get caught up, Bleach comes out every week, so you can't just keep clicking, you have to wait. But yeah, while I was getting caught up, I spent like a week, just watching it for hours upon hours. But I like it 'cause I don't have anything else to do so it keeps me busy and entertained.

Damn. I think I finally understand why you're so bummed out about this anime. You're friend left you like in the series. The situations in the anime and what you've told me about your life is freakishly similar. And you're 20 like the two Nanas? You're screen name begins with Rose...and what's the name of the opening theme to "Nana,"? Wow! I imagine it's like watching your life unfold on tv. Was this friend possive of you, or was it the other way around?

Maybe this song might cheer you up.... or maybe it won't. Not sure... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OilDo34YUPQ... It's by Mika (Nana), she recorded it in *Memphis,Tennessee*. Can you believe that?!! It's gospel meets...ummmm...Japan? I'm assuming she traveled all the way to Tennessee to get a real gospel choir. You can hear them in the background towards the end. It's a really good song, especially if you listen to it a couple of times over. It's the ending theme for Blood+. Maybe you've seen it?

And I know what it's like to watch some *beep* you're going through on screen. I seen a movie a few months ago where it was like watching what I went through in my life. I kept calling the main character an idiot b/c he kept messing up like me and he wouldn't change course. I was shaking my head through the whole film b/c he went down the same road I went down.

I actually did the same thing you did, I stopped watching midway through. I eventually finished watching and he managed to pull off what I couldn't in real life: he got his girl back. The name of the movie was, "I'm Through With White Girls," lol. It sounds a little offensive but the movie really isn't. It was directed by a woman and I think written by one as well. I'm not going to get into the details about which parts I can relate. (I started a thread here that explains all that.)

And it seems we're just divided on this "making out" thing. You're probably right: I probably just want to see them make out. However, if I went through the series again, I could probably come up with a list that supports what I'm saying.

And "mech" anime are series with those big mechanical fighting robots. There's so many of these types of anime. I got to the point where I was like, "Not another mech anime!!"

And yeah these replies are getting long.... and personal too. I'm thinking may be I should have emailed you here at IMDB, instead. I really thought my post were longer than yours, until I did a word count on the last couple of posts, using MS Word. You beat me!

reply

Yeah, it was just really weird to watch this anime and at first it's like "Hey me too, cool!" to "Woah, same thing here.." then it's just like "...Do they have cameras in my apartment 'cause the similarities are freaky" heh -_-;; Without going into detail, I guess I'm more possessive of her than she is of me. Not so much now though.

A lot of Japanese singers come to America to record and stuff, Gackt does all the time, and a lot of them have members of American bands record with them sometimes, like Anna Tsuchiya (the singer they used for Nana in the anime) used people from A Perfect Circle and Beck's bands to record one of her albums. I listen to a lot of Jpop/Jrock. If you like Rose, you should youtube more of Anna's songs, she did an album for Nana, and so did Olivia Lufkin who was the singing voice for Reira. Good stuff.

It was a nice song. She has an interesting voice, though I've never been a big fan of her music, some of it is not bad. I've seen a few episodes of Blood+, it's all right.

Yeah, I just call those animes 'giant robot' animes lol The only one I really like is Gundam Wing.

Yeah, well you could tell me your myspace, maybe I'll add you? At least this poor board is getting some use because of us.

haha...you're funny! That was funny, the comment you made about the Mech animes...haha.

And I think I'm going to start calling you Nana-chan. That name suits you, seeings how the series was damn near about your life. So I hope you like Nana-chan b/c it's going to be your new name. :D
And I hope you get your friend back.

I know a little something about A Perfect Circle. I have their song, "3 Libras" saved to my youtube account..haha. It's a cool song; it's very....mellow! They sound like another group, but I just can't seem to put my finger on who they sound like. I've never heard any of their other songs. I just know the one song that I like. What's Jpop/Jrock??

About the myspace quetion: here's the thing, I'm incredibly good-looking/charming, but also on the opposite side of the country from you. I wouldn't want all that to frustrate you. You'll see my page and become real attracted to me, but then you'll see that I live on the east coast. So that might get you all frustrated and stuff. I just feel so sorry that you been through so much, I wouldn't want to put you through anymore frustration. I mean.... does this sound like something you would want to go through??.... haha...naw, I'm just *beep* with you!

I'll send you a link (next time I'm on there)...and "maybe" you'll add me on myspace... Maybe, huh?? What do you mean, what's that all about? IMDB is fine, if you don't want to do myspace. I understand you're strict about adding guys. Okay, Nana-chan?

Also...... remember when I was talking about Nana and Hachi's "relationship," well if you search a couple of post down on this forum, you'll see some one started a thread about it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0471834/board/flat/71242610?p=1 It seems I'm not the only one who felt this way.

reply

*shrug* you can call me that if you want.

APC is one of my very favorite bands. They sometimes sound like Tool because it's the same singer in both bands so maybe that's who you're thinking of. Jpop and Jrock is Japanese music. Japanese-pop, Japanese-rock.

I just don't want to suddenly find out that you're like 50 years old or something, after I've told you I'll add you lol sorry if you actually are...

I know you're not the only person who felt like Nana and Hachi should makeout, a lot of ppl, a lot of guys, think like that and I just don't agree. I have my own opinion about it, them making out doesn't make sense. This person said it best:
Thats simply the american over-interpretation...they're not more than friends at all. though they do love each other in more than just friendly ways...they are obsessed with each other. It feels sort of like man-woman love, but its more parallel to it..they have NO sexual attraction, they just want to protect each other and be with each other...theres no bi-sexual or lesibian love, only funny references to it.

Naw, I'm not 50.... that would be real creepy; a fifty year old emailing you. (It's as creepy as Diddy asking Cassie to marry him. Not sure if you've heard of that.) However, I am older than you, I'm 26.

And it can't be Tool b/c I have never heard of Tool. Maybe it's Staind or somebody. (Actually they don't sound too much like Staind.) I know they sound like somebody, though... I'll let you know when I figure it out.

I read that post when I posted the link. The person is kind of agreeing but at the same time kind of disagreeing with me. The person is a little confused about Nana's and Hachi's relationship, "..they're not more than friends at all. though they do love each other in more than just friendly ways.." He/she says they do love each other in more than just friendly ways.... well there you have it, that's more than friends. Anyways, it doesn't really matter b/c nothing ever happened between them in the anime.

Oh, 26 is fine, I'll add you if you give me your link.

I don't think the person is confused at all, I understand exactly what they're saying and it is very difficult to word it. They're not lovers, they're best friends, and she/he is right, they are kind of obsessed with each other but it is not in a sexual way. I don't think I've ever heard of this kind of friendship between 2 guys, it's mostly a female thing and I guess I can't expect many guys to understand it. But girls don't make out with each other because they care for each other. That would be for lesbians, which Nana and Hachi are not. Yes, girls who are not lesbians do make out with each other in certain situations, usually to get attention from guys, but that is not the case with Nana and Hachi. And with that said, I'm done with that topic 'cause I don't know how else to explain it.

You can check your IMDB email, I just sent you the link. I sent you an email a while ago, I dunno if you ever got that one or not. Anyway, now you can see you've been talking to. I think that's the main purpose of me giving you the link to my profile. You might be surprised...or you might not.

Yeah, I get emails every time I get a message on imdb so you don't have to tell me, I got both of them. I asked for your myspace so we don't keep posting here with semi-'personal' posts like this, but if you don't use your myspace then me having it doesn't really mean anything *shrug*
