Prink?!


The reviewer above kept on mentioning the word "prink". Correct me if Im wrong but is'nt the word "prick"??

Yeah, but this was a reworking of the scene in Shaun of the Dead where Shaun and Ed return from the pub and play electro, waking Pete up. It was reworked so that all the swear words were replaced with 'less offensive' ones (i think it was done so the film could be played on planes and the like(?)) 'Prink' was used instead of the correct word for this reason

The short is great. I don't know how they did it and kept a straight face. It's a clip from Shaun of the dead, but the film makers are required to make a clean version for use on planes and promotional purposes. I love that they made this version, it's funking funny and takes the priss out of the requirement. It really needed this little fact mentioned so the review made sense. Needless to say I doubt the "cleaned up" version it's made it's way to any public dvd player.

Easily - they didn't reshoot the scene. They just dubbed the audio into the appropriate places. Quite simple really, but funny as funk.
