Should there be a movie about the 2001 storyline?
i think it would be cool

They actually had one planned way back in 2001, but the idea got scrapped because they couldn't figure out just how to approach the concept in movie form.
That of course didn't keep fans from trying to produce animated films of their own, but sadly neither did it keep them from failing at it. Which is such a shame, because I really liked following both the development of Quest of the Toa and Bionicle Next Generation, the two biggest fan movie projects.
It would be really awesome if someone wrote a huge Bionicle story bible, or actually just wrote an entire epic book series about it.
