Yes, Damian made it very well, even used in a correct way the slangs.
But I should add, there are more accents in La Paz. That depends of the lifestyle.

Most of the Bolivian actors which appeared in this movie have years
acting in theaters, TV or radio. So, they speak loud and clear but still
keep the usual way La Paz people (paceños) have to speak and treat others (manners).
That's how some people talk here, neutral accent but La Paz style.
In my case my accent is neutral and I don't use any slang.
I don't dislike slangs but I don't feel to use them.
I remember that my cousin told me years ago "you don't speak like anybody from here".

Damian character is from La Paz, while Kate character is from Santa Cruz.

Just like La Paz, Santa Cruz people (cruceños) have their own way.
Verb conjugation is different in La Paz "tú eres" (you are) or vos eres (I use "vos")
in Santa Cruz "vos sos". I noticed at least 2 accents there.
Those ones which make clear their regional accent and those ones more subtle.

The accent used by Kate is funny and weird, sometimes sounds real
other ones she even didn't use it, especially when she's angry.
I remember when this movie was premiered, the critic was similar
"she didn't do well and had moments talking like herself".
