Where is Tepapawai?
I take it the place is fictional. What was the name of the school where this was filmed?
shareTwo different schools were used, both are old abandoned schools, they look remarkably similar though, probably because they were part of some government school stamping scheme. In the first season, the old Wainuomata College was used. In the second season, its the old Petone College on screen.
shareCoincidentally, both of my sons went to the original "Tepapawai" - Wainuiomata College - before it was closed down.
Both of them also had bit parts in the series...
