But poor Lester!

He helps to let the heist to a succes but in return he only get a steering wheel mostly covert with wood and a "small" part of gold.
The woman got a gold rim which contain much more gold.

Why didn't he get a rim also for his work and 73.000

But like before it is just a movie. :-)
