If they are watching the Tournament through CCTV....

If they are watching the Tournament through CCTV shouldnt the police be able to see the exact same as the people in charge of the tournament.

CCTV is closed circuit.. So no they cannot

Near the beginning the techies disconnect the Police er.. connection, so they can't see. They also scramble the Police airwaves etc.
