Geography goof not mentioned

As mentioned, there is a scene with a public phone box showing an 0161 area code (which is Manchester) but if you look At the start of the film when Lai Lai gets off the train and checks the address on the business card, the address shown has a postcode starting with M14 which is a Manchester postcode rather than a Middlesborough one (which starts TS). The postcode is actually a genuine postcode but refers to Fallowfield, Manchester. Along with that, on the card, the street name is written after the city which is very bizarre. Who does the research for these films?! Very simple minor details but ones you would expect to be correct.
