The women were fascinating but Liz made it too much about her. Not a very interesting angle. I enjoyed this anyway but no thanks to Liz, really. And her dance was not only not good and awkward, but not related to burlesque at all. I was expecting her to go into jazz hands the whole time.

Liz didn't imitate anything of classic burlesque in her dance.. it was today's cheap crap in style and her costume was horrible. apparently after talking and speaking to all the old G's of burlesque she didn't learn a damned thing. However, i like the documentary because it got me to like classic burlesque and i really love that time that they lived in plus fashion. Does anyone know where to buy this dvd or vhs even? I found her book on amazon but no video.
