You can't say Khandi plays in it and then not deliver, consumers have rights. So even if your DVD box is open, you are entitled to a full refund (or else you can sue them for false advertising and misleading product description). This, given that Khandi is on the outside packaging of the DVD.

Also, a comment about the huge amount of complaints from people in the vein of: "I was horrified -- yak yak yak -- they shouldn't make films like this!", please limit your film viewing to those with plot synopsis similar to: "Barbie, goes shopping"
