I am 99.9% sure its a Chevelle...just not sure which year.

I think it is a Chevy Camaro. I used to own a 68 Firebird convertible, and the two models were twins. You never see the Firebird logo that would have been in the front, and although the logo that does appear is very hard to read, it appears in the same spot as a Camaro.

if you look at the media/images for the movie, here on IMDB theres an image of Josh Hartnett sitting next to it with a very clear camaro badge on the front quarter panel.
