Does Russy have Vitiliago? (Serious question)

Okay, so i was watching a preview for the new two episodes last night and they showed a scene of Russy talking to Jes. He had short sleeves on and got a real good look at his arms. They had all these spots on his arms.
They weren't completely white but they were significantly lighter than his skin.
If he does have Vitiliago then this would explain why it always seems like the area around his mouth looks lighter.
Its weird cause in the episode when they went to Hawaii I believe he didnt have a shirt on while learning how to surf and I didnt notice anything different about his skin.
I hope he doesn't have this, but does anyone know if he might have it.

i noticed that as well. he might have it, but could be in the early stages.

It seems like he does to me, too. I noticed it years ago around his mouth. Haven't noticed the arms yet.

Came here to ask the same thing. I notice his face a couple seasons ago, but didn't think anything of it, but on this season (I was watching it on MTV on Demand) and I noticed it on his face a lot more and on his arms. I hope he doesn't have it.

He might just have a skin problem that isn't so serious.
I do remember Jess saying to Russy about his mouth. He has that problem with licking his lips/chin. Just a bad habit, which can lead to the skin peeling. My friend had the same problem and he had to put on a special cream. Which makes me think maybe its not so serious. Cause in the eps "Mother, Smother" she tells Russy to put more lotion on. I wonder if they'll talk about it.

I notice around his mouth but not his arms. Like man here I thought it was from licking too much, plus doesnt he have braces?
I'll look next time the show is on.

If he does have it I'm interested in how he treats it. Will he do depigmentation or choose to wear body makeup? If he does do depigmentation I know he wont look pale like MJ. MJ took it oooo far.

Unfortunately he wont be able to chose his shade of white as im sure MJ didnt. When you go through with the dipegmentation (as i will have to soon) they match the color of your spots. (Which means im going to go from Medium brown, to Nicole Kidman White lol) Either way i hope he doesnt have it. I just watched the mother smother episode and it doesnt really have the characteristics of vitiligo. It was hard enough getting it 2 yrs ago at 27..I would hate for someone as young as him to have to deal with it as some kids do.

He has eczema.
