two versions?

i have seen two versions of this film. I saw the one that everyone talks about on ifilm and liked that a lot, but i also saw a different version on youtube. Different actors and a different director, but the story and pretty much the movie is the same, except the one on youtube has lower production values.

has anybody seen the other Rats movie? And if they have, what are their opinions of it in comparison to the more popular one
