Questions about the lady

What the hell was happening to the girl 1/2 way throughout the movie? She finshed her shower and sat on her bed. Then Itti suddenly appeared and she screams. Then we get a flashback of sorts a few mintes later of her screaming and bleeding through her privates. What happened? Was something crawling in or out?? Maybe the version i watched was cut, but i didn't get what was happening at all.
