For the record...

Since people have a tendency to get really (violently) emotional and forget to include facts and leave the rest of us confused with half (if not less than half) the story - Scott Bairstow is the child "rapist" they are referring to.

Having researched the story I can tell you that he was accused of, in the simplest of terms without using any legal language, messing around with a young girl related to his (now ex-) wife. His sentence was reduced after he entered his "Alford plea, which is made by defendants who maintain their innocence but acknowledge a jury would likely find them guilty."

I am opposed to violence, am a staunch supporter of women's rights - believing that we still are the most mistreated minority of all -- and don't even get me started on child abuse, but I also believe strongly that as a civilization we must uphold the laws we have put in place to govern the people and determine innocence, guilt and punishment. There are far too many humans running around this shrinking world and if we do not adhere to a system of laws, then very few of us will survive. And that system of laws has tried and punished Scott Bairstow. I am not supporting him, I am no fan of his, but I must allow that the law has done its job and believe that if, and that is a big IF, he does anything like it again he will be punished. If it is any consolation, he hasn't made any movies or shows since 2006's crappy "Android Apocalypse."

And instead of ranting and raving like uneducated morons, explain why a person should boycott something – a half-as*ed explanation is NOT better than no explanation at all. Facts win arguments and details are most decidedly important in determining the truth.

BTW: I think "Joseph" Lawrence wanted us to see how he had buffed up and was no longer just a scrawny kid from the streets.
