Unrated director's cut? How?

Just finished watching this movie and was severely disappointed in it.

The characters are very unlikable and end up doing the whole "suddenly gone stupid" cliche in this film. Also I noticed that it's an unrated director's cut but I can't remember viewing anything in this movie that wouldn't have given it an "R" rating.

On the other hand it was still better than "Dark Ride".

I think it is unrated because you have violence (sometimes gory) being committed by and done unto kids, even though they are zombies. The MPAA can be funny like that.

Don't confuse Unrated with X or NC-17 ratings. Unrated just means it was never submitted to the MPAA.

The funny thing is I want to know what they added to it from the Theatrical Version show in the 8 horror films to die festival, I saw it then to but i saw no changes that i remember
