Ulli's best film in recent years

First of all, I know, there is no such thing as a good Ulli film, with the exception of his earlier work. I actually think some of his earlier films such as Boogyman and Devinsville Terror are quite good, however everything he has done in recent years has been bad on so many levels. Normally the biggest flaw of any Ulli movie is the script which tends to be repetitive, inaccurate and very low on story and ideas. However, I thought this movie contained some very interesting ideas and had a good story. It was just let down by poor acting, directing and everything else. When I first saw this movie it was the second recent Ulli movie I had seen and I thought it was really bad, however after watching many of his other newer movies then re-watching it, it actually seems pretty good. Unlike most of his other films which are very hard to watch due to their general crappiness, this one is actually easier to watch and at times even interesting. If this script had been given to a director with a budget and some quality actors, it could have even been a great movie.
