Is this a lost after school special from 1972? (Possible spoilers)

Cuz that's how it plays.

Of course, creating a loop of Sarah Jessica Parker shouting the N word would be priceless.

Ya know, when they build it up with all the ominous music of her saying "something happened to me" tearfully at her old school to make her the racist that she now is, I figured.. OK maybe she was assaulted or raped by one of the students.

BUT NO -

Her only real complaint was that she was afraid of their puffy coats and scary hair. Oh and the pregnant girls. Reproduction is soooo frightening when non-white people do it , apparently.

ROFLMAO

Was this play written in the 1970s? I honestly wonder. I just can't believe any of the actors kept a straight face while spouting the outdated and completely dunderheaded view of race. This film should offensive to every ethnicity and note, I say ethnicity and NOT race. The fact that this film Deliberately cleaves the world into two halves, the black half and the white half shows you how limited was the vision of the writers. No other ethnicities figure in the issue. Oh, sarah JP mentions asians and hispanics once as being only slightly less evil but that's it

.

Funny. Were it not for SJP's use of the "f" word at the end, I could see it actually being played AT SCHOOL as part of a "Forum on Race" ;-P
