Calling This Movie Bad

For a sequel which came 17 years after the original, a movie which was far from a masterpiece in the first place, what did you expect?

I just sat through the whole thing and my low expectations weren't exactly not let down. It's far from great, but it has that feel of oldskool B-grade action movies that they just don't make anymore and manages to entertain with some good fight scenes, campy villains and hot chicks.
