Seriously. Who cares? What fame is he going to get for being good on the street? What's he going to do? Just go to local courts and show off?

I can see why somebody would be annoyed by this but anyway, I'm just gonna answer your question. Street-ball may just the one way for players to catch of scouts - college ball, maybe even professional. But the key thing being is SEEN.
