What was up with the ending?

I think you will find Turner has either gotten hold of the buffer to save himself == or gone insane. On the other hand, the next sequel could just as easily have someone saynig at the outset that Turner has died or whatever, and then we are introduced to yet another invisible man. It will go either way. The cheap way out is to have an entirely new cast that costs even less than this one did. The only link to this one would be for someone to verbally comment on Turner. See?
