the song is called 'Caveman', the artist is Scott Thomas but I cannot find it anywhere!

Its Scott Thomas - Caveman, he's a composer.

Great song! Reminds me a lot of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game, though :)
The background and the chords are the same, the melody is different.
