Paul Rudd is terrific in this

I never thought of Paul Rudd as a dramatic actor, but he was great in Diggers. His emotional range was very impressive and I really felt for his character. Great movie and performances by the whole cast. Anyone else feel the same?

I agree. I have liked him since he was in 'Clueless' opposite Alicia Silverstone, and thought he was really good in 'Diggers'. Hope he does some more dramatic indy movies.

I love Paul Rudd, he is an awesome actor and I usually love the movies that he picks, i.e. The Shape of Things.....

agreed, he was awesome. He picks questionable roles at times (over her dead body, overnight delivery) but he is truly awesome both in drama and comedy. It baffles me that he's never become a huge star. I never thought much of him until I saw him in 40 year old virgin, so I went back and checked out his older stuff and now he's one of my favorite actors (the shape of things, wet hot american summer) this guy is awesome!

I thought everyone was great in this movie. But Paul just has a way about him, he's totally believable in any role. He's just fantastic.

I agree that he was very good in this and The Shape of Things, but he was also really good in 2 Days.

Oh, and Totally HOT too!

You should check out 'The Object of My Affection'. He's fantastic in that.

This movie was really good, it's just making me smile... I love those movies ^.^

Best Rudd movie (for me) is I Love You, Man. 40 Year Old Virgin and Role Models are good close seconds.
