Series 4 DVDs?

Does anyone know whether series 4 is going to be released on dvd; and, if so, when a preorder might be possible?

American "digital rights" interests think we'll buy the copious crap on American tv if they block us from bbc iplayer and the like (and they blocked any UK tv I've been able to find), so the dvds are my only hope.
